Despite the economic climate, leading Leamington Spa and Warwickshire estate agent Wiglesworth and Co is celebrating a total of four sales in Manor Road, Lillington, within as many weeks, an achievement that sums up the commitment and dedication of the firm’s highly experienced sales team.

Chris Thomas said on behalf of Wiglesworth and Co: “Manor Road has always been extremely popular with buyers and we have sold many properties there over the years.

“We find that quite often a sold board in a road will catch the attention of other residents thinking about the possibility of selling but to sell four in one road in rapid succession is something that doesn’t happen every day.

“Even more significant is that two of the houses sold for more than the asking price and all four sold within two weeks of coming to the market, proving that with the right sales strategy, excellent results can be achieved in the current market place.”

“Given that there are not huge quantities of property available at the moment we are finding that demand for the right properties is very strong.
