Newman Residential Letting to host landlord advice day

Newman Residential Letting is getting into the festive spirit by hosting a Landlord Advice Day on Saturday (December 1) - complete with complimentary mince pies and coffee.

The invitation extends to all landlords, old and new or anyone considering letting their property as an alternative to selling. It’s an opportunity to experience professional one-on-one advice from property professionals and it’s FREE.

Newman Residential Letting benefits from over 25 years experience in the residential letting and management field and they will be advising clients on every single aspect relating to letting property. Buy to let investment advice will also be available for any potential investor clients.

Director Caroline Newman said: “We are finding that more and more clients are considering the option of letting their property as an alternative to selling but, as it’s generally their first experience in the lettings field, they need as much help and guidance as possible.

“We are here to help and guide them every step of the way’.

The event will take place on between 10am and 3.30pm at Newman Property Services, 3 Euston Place, Leamington, CV32 4LN.
