Fine & Country wins top industry award

Mark Griffiths, branch manager of Fine and Country Leamington is delighted to announce that the company has created history by winning the five-star gold award for ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing UK’ for the fourth year running at the International Property Awards 2012.

Despite being only ten years old, Fine & Country has again surpassed long established estate agencies with its innovative use of tailored marketing tools and approach to lifestyle marketing.

The accolade was presented at a gala banquet at The Marriott hotel, on Friday October 12 to Matthew Pryke, Fine & Country’s CEO,.

Matthew returned to the Fine & Country table to thank his team including the marketing and design studio, the PR and media centre and the IT division who have worked together to deliver this award-winning service.

The International Property Awards is now in its 18th year and billed as being the property industry’s most prestigious awards programme.

Fine and Country’s cutting-edge estate agency marketing stands apart from the standard industry approach and believes a special property requires a more sophisticated and intelligent form of promotion.

Fine & Country’s inspiring use of marketing offers clients a sense of the lifestyle that accompanies the properties available. As the UK winner for ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing UK’, Fine & Country has been entered into the overall International Awards which takes place on December 7 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. As international winners, Fine & Country will compete on a global level to be deemed one of the best property companies in the world at these awards.

Mark added: “We hope that we will retain the world title of The World’s Best Estate Agency Marketing Award for the fourth year running as well. What a great achievement that would be.”
