CHART-topping music stars, world class DJs and pioneering producers feature prominently on this year’s line-up for GlobalGathering.

One of Britain’s most eclectic music festivals, the event will again take place at Long Marston Airfield near Stratford on Friday July 27 and Saturday July 28.

Rap superstar Tinie Tempah returns to the festival’s main stage for a headline slot on the Friday night.

He will be joined by rising soul and R&B vocalist Maverick Sabre, sought-after producer and DJ Afrojack and grime MC Dot Rotten.

Elsewhere, in the festival’s many other arenas international phenomenon Armin van Buuren will bring his State of Trance radio show to the fore. Man-of-the-moment Skrillex, BBC Radio One DJs Annie Mac and Zane Lowe, Dubstep supergroup Magnetic Man and drum ‘n’ bass legend Andy C are also on the impressive list of acts for the Friday night.

Back by popular demand, pioneering bass kings Chase & Status will headline the main stage on the Saturday and they will be supported by indie-ravers Friendly Fires and chart-topping producer Labrinth among others.

The return of the Metropolis arena will include the best of the UK underground scene with names such as Nero, Modestep, Flux Pavilion and festival favourites Sub Focus.

A revamped VIP area will include chill-out areas and a nightclub which will offer VIP DJs and surprise guests.
