WARWICK district home owners, landlords and tenants are urged to beware problems with their hot water systems to avoid scalding accidents.
Warning signs include excessively hot water coming from the taps, a bubbling sound in the cylinder, hot water coming from the cold taps or steam or moisture in the roof space.
