Photographs of Rowington dating back as far as the 1920s will be on display in the village next weekend.
Rowington's parish records group has compiled more than 120 boards containing images of buildings, families, inns and groups which will be displayed in the village hall next Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Pictures of the home guard and scout groups are also included in the display.

Organiser Ray Morton said: "People get a lot of nostalgia from it and get to talk about the old days and newcomers can learn something about the village.

"It is always very enjoyable."

This is the sixth year the records group has organised the display.

Visitors can enjoy a cup of tea. Admission is free but donations to cover the group's costs are welcome.
