Charity funds at coffee morning

A CHARITY coffee morning has brought another amazing year for fund-raising for a town business after drawing in the crowds.

Kenilworth company, Chinasearch hosted the event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support where they invited residents to come along and enjoy a hot drink and cake, as well as to have a tour round their premises.

And staff are celebrating after raising over £1,100 and smashing their £1,000 target for the third year in a row.

As well as donations taken from over 100 visitors on the day, staff members donated a percentage of the sales made through their websites to the cause.

Town mayor George Illingworth, his wife Joanna, and MP Jeremy Wright all came out to show support.
