After changing her full time career from pharmacist to florist four years ago, business is blossoming for Clare Stokes, owner of Regency Flowers on Holly Walk - Leamington's longest established florist's.
After qualifying as a pharmacist and working with Boots for almost ten years, Clare decided to follow her dreams and spent two years training as a florist before buying Regency Flowers four years ago.

Regency Flowers has grown from strength to strength and had its most successful Valentine’s Day in the shop's 40 year-history.

Statistics show that less than five per cent of people who think about changing their careers actually take the plunge, but Clare reckons the rewards can be fantastic.

She said:”I would recommend it to anyone. But it is extremely hard work. As with most things in life though you get out what you put in and the rewards to your life can be huge.”
